How to handle if the ceiling fan shakes？
If the ceiling fan shakes, remove the up canopy and check if the mounting bracket is loose. Ensure that the fan is installed correctly. If the bracket is loose, use a screwdriver to tighten the screws on it.
Can I use it with my existing dimmer switch?
No, you cannot use the ceiling fan with a wall dimmer switch as it will reduce current and interfere with fan control. Replace the wall dimmer switch with an on-off switch. You may need an electrician for installation.
Can the ceiling fan be used outdoors?
While the fan can work on a covered balcony, we do not recommend using it outdoors.
Our ceiling is pitched. Can we install it?
You can install the fan on a ceiling with an inclination angle of no more than 15°. It is recommended to use a long downrod for installation.
Can we use the wall switch to control the brightness and speed of the fan light?
No, the fan cannot work with a Wall Switch with speed control or dimmer function.
